If you have other method, please tell us. （A）We can record music from the soundcard of our PC with a sound recorder such as JetAudio, Nero SoundTrax, Audacity. The quality is not so desirable. （B）Or we can first download the ASF( or RM)-file from RHK and then convert/edit the ASF(or RM)-file into a mp3-file with a wave-editor. (C) We can encode rm-file or wma-file to mp3-file with WavePad (freeware version), download from http://nch.com.au/wavepad/index.html ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (A) record music from the soundcard (1) Download JetAudio from 粵曲大笪地(由南海十三郎提供) or download (don't choose launch during installing) JetAudio 6.2.4 Basic (freeware) from: http://www.cowonamerica.com/download/ (JetAudio does not export mp3-file) (2) 收聽粵曲 Radio HongKong (streaming) (3) Open JetAudio, click the icon “RECORDING” - 選 “Wave Out Mix“ - In File Naming: you type in the file name (粵曲名) - set Folder (for example: My document/My music) - choose Encoder: “WMA-Windows Media Audio 9” - click the icon “config” and finch “ Windows Media Audio” - 選 “Constant Bitrate (CBR)” - choose kbps Stereo (for example 48 kbps Stereo) and than click OK - click the icon “Start” to begin recording while you hear the 粵曲 begin - click the icon “Stop” to stop recording while you hear the 粵曲end The wma-file is now ready in the given folder (in this example: My document/My music) (4）Ming 前輩推荐用Audacity 1.2.3. (free ware). It is a sound recorder, encoder and also a wave editor. Audacity can output mp3-file, encode wav-file to mp3-file, reduce high kbps to low kbps (reduce file size and quality). Don’t choose launch during installing. (1.3) Net Transport, introduced by 方炳和 前輩 . But 方前輩 has not tell us where we can download the free Net Transport. (It is the same with Realplayer.) (2.0) After downloading and saving the asf(or rm)-file. We need a wave editor to convert/edit the asf(or rm)-file to a mp3-file. (2.1) Nero Wave Editor (not freeware) (2.2) WavePad (freeware version), WavePad gives more functions/options than Nero. You can amplify the volum. You can give a precise time region in 0.00 second. It exports mp3 and wav-files. Download from http://nch.com.au/wavepad/index.html (2.3) Cool Edit and Adobe Audition can also do that, but both are not free wares.
