網絡高手﹐
你們好。數小時前﹐我在某網站的論壇之貼圖區瀏覽一個貼有花卉的貼﹐很多網友都稱讚樓主
貼的花好靚。發那個貼的樓主還提供了一個網站的連接﹐好讓大家看到更多靚花。我見很多網
友都回應說那個網站裡的花很漂亮﹐於是我就也按那個連接到那裡看看。誰知剛打開那個網站
的網頁不到數十秒﹐我的 Virus Scan 就發現有 Trojan 了。 Message 如下﹕
Trojan Found
File: popprg[1].js
Trojan name: Downloader-QR
File path: C:\Documents and Settings\xxx…
Status: Cannot be cleaned
Verify that the file is not write-protected and try again.
I tried to press the clean, delete, and quarantine button, but none of them would work. I got the
messages as follows:
The file “popprg[1].js” cannot be cleaned. Verify that the file is not write-protected and try again.
The file “popprg[1].js” cannot be deleted. Verify that the file is not write-protected and try again.
The file “popprg[1].js” cannot be d. Verify that the file is not write-protected and try again.
I searched and found the “popprg[1].js” File from “The Temporary Internet Files”, but I had no idea how
to make the file became “not write-protected”, because nothing showing on the file’s PROPERIES for that.
Before I came here to ask for help, I selected the Internet Options from the TOOLS Menu, and emptied
“The Temporary Internet Files” folder. After I cleared the “Temporary Internet Files”, I searched the
“popprg[1].js” file from the drive C, the file could not be found.
I have a few questions:
1. Is that means the Trojan File completely gone, or it’s still three?
2. If the Trojan file is still in my computer, do I need to Restore the computer to the Factory Settings?
3. If I have to restore my computer to the Factory Settings, may I keep the files which I perversely save
in the My Documents folder and the Desktop? Is it safe to keep those files?

Anyway﹐中文網只在 blog 有 reference 它﹐其中一個如下﹕

叫做IE搜索伴侣
论坛主页有它的插件下载
估计是你的杀毒软件把这个东东当成病毒啦
如果你的 virus alert 再沒有 report 它﹐我想它是被 deleted 了。

思菩﹐
你好! 非常感謝你的解答﹐還送花給我。原來是虛驚一場。可能是我的殺毒軟件無法識別某些
中文軟件﹐而將它誤認為是病毒吧。我以前上中文網都經常遇到有 Downloader Trojan﹐而且
通常都是不可以 Clean 的﹐但好像這次既不能 quarantine ﹐又不可 以 deleted 的還 是第一次。
我對電腦病毒毫無認識﹐加上數星期前見到這裡有曲友的電腦中了毒要重裝系統﹐所以就
驚到不得了。
幸好有你的解答﹐才解除我的疑慮。我已經將電腦再重新 SCAN 一次﹐沒有再現病毒了。
