would selected Act (capitalized) be more appropriate? selected scenes could mean a collection of scenes, not necessarily in sequential order. Just wondering.
With it being a singular noun, Selected Scene 或 Selected Act 該都用得著吧﹖﹗﹖

You may also want to consider using "opera excerpts" for 「折子戲」.

My opinions. skit doesn't mean 'for comedys' only but is often used in comedy sketches. It is not a good term since not many people understand what it means and thus not serve the purpose for communicating. I don't agree that professionals understand that skit means 折子戲 since it really don't.
Slected scenes, selected acts, selected episodes, and opera excerpts are all good terms to use. I like and do use mostly Selected Acts since it is most fitting for theater. Whether it is Act or Acts depends on the show and the selection. 折子戲 does not imply a singular case.
There is actually no such term as 「長劇」in Chinese opera but I have seen them used. I recommend don't use this term at all.
